Balling without a Budget

Is anyone in the country looking to relocate from their humble home, to a more upscale piece of the American Dream?  Well if you have $250 million laying around, with nothing to do, this might be the home for you!  This mega-mansion, as it's called, is a plethora of luxury that only billionaires have the stones (and by stones, I mean money) to dream about something this extravagant.  Not only does it have 12 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms, it also houses a four-lane bowling alley, $30 million in classic cars, but also 7 full-time staffers whose salaries are included in the price (for 2 years).  Who has the nerve to build this habitat from heaven?  A special thanks to the developer, Bruce Makowsky, the brains behind the super mansion, for making this dream a reality.  If he succeeds in his wish, this will be the most expensive house ever sold in the U.S.  I wonder who the winner will be?
